The man making education of Swami Vivekanand :



Narendra Nath Dutt was born at Calcutta in 1863. He belonged to a kshtriya family of Calcutta. His Father Shri Vishnu Nath Dutt wasvan advocate in Calcutta high court. His mother Bhuneshwari Devi was a pious woman. He was was fortunate to learn many things from his parents. From the beginning, he had great love for languages, philosophy and music.
 During his schooling days, his Headmaster once talked about the famous spiritual leader Shri Ramkrishna. Thereafter, his love for spiritualism made him a follower of Swami Ramkrishna Paramhansa. It made him a monic and then he was known as Swami vivekananda. 

The great religious saint and social reformer died in 1902, when he was just 39years, he is no more but he will be remembered for even on this earth. His missions and his preachings will continue inspiring the coming generation. He wanted to educate all. He had full sympathy for the poor and downtrodden. He wanted to teach Vedanta to everyone without any distinction of caste, color, creed and sex. He respected every religion. To him, no religion was inferior to the other. To him Hindu civilization was good, spiritual and beautiful. Swami was a great advocate of a national system of education. He was in favor of education of the masses. He wanted to educate the women and thereby he wanted to improve their plight in the society. He was not in favor of rote learning from the books. He wanted to promote spiritualism perfection, divinity, self reliance, universal brotherhood and faith through education.
